Corporate LMS Pricing 2026

By Oliver Wakefield-Smith, Founder, Digital Signet · Verified June 2026

What vendors actually publish (and what they don’t)

The corporate LMS market is deliberately opaque. Enterprise platforms including Workday Learning, Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Docebo, LearnUpon, and Absorb do not publish pricing and require sales conversations to obtain even ballpark figures. The table below is honest about which vendors publish and which do not. Where a vendor publishes a figure somewhere other than its own site, that filing is used as the primary reference: Cornerstone, Skillsoft and Docebo all appear on the UK G-Cloud framework, and Docebo and Cornerstone both carry priced AWS Marketplace listings. Where no such source exists, this page states plainly that the vendor does not publish and gives no number. Nothing on this page is invented, and buyer-reported aggregator figures are not used as prices.

Featured deep-dives

Two of these vendors set their list price by the buyer’s country. Coursera derives the Teams price from the visitor’s IP, and iSpring publishes a separate band set per market. Every figure above is the vendor’s own published price for the market named beside it, and none has been converted into another currency. Read your own country’s figure from the vendor before you budget.

Some enterprise platforms charge regardless of activity. Read the contract for the “registered” vs “active” definition.

Enterprise annual commit

Cornerstone, Workday, SAP. Fixed annual fee negotiated on headcount bands. Overages expensive. Multi-year discounts common.

Why you will not find an “average contract value” here. Procurement marketplaces and review sites publish aggregated figures for the quote-only LMS vendors, built from private, self-selected buyer reports. Those are not list prices, they cannot be checked against a primary source, and they will not match your quote. This page does not carry them. For a quote-only vendor you get one of two things instead: a real figure the vendor published somewhere public, with the source and date attached, or a plain statement that the vendor publishes nothing.

Hidden cost warnings

Implementation and configuration
Enterprise platforms commonly charge a five- to six-figure fee for initial setup, data migration, and customisation. Budget 20-50 percent of year-one licence cost for implementation, and confirm the exact figure in your RFP.
Integrations
API integrations with your HRIS (Workday, BambooHR, ADP), SCIM provisioning, SSO, and data-warehouse connectors are usually professional services line items.
Custom reporting
Standard reports are included. Custom dashboards, SQL access, or Tableau/PowerBI connectors often require premium tiers or add-on modules. Confirm in the SOW.
Premium support tiers
Standard support is usually email/chat with 1-3 business day SLAs. Premium support (dedicated CSM, 4-hour SLAs, phone) adds material cost at enterprise scale.
Content authoring tools
Most LMSes do not include authoring. Articulate 360, iSpring Suite, or Elucidat are separate costs. See /build-vs-buy for authoring tool pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which LMS vendors publish their pricing?
A minority publish per-seat list prices: Udemy Business ($360 per user per year list on the Team Plan), LinkedIn Learning ($379.88 per seat per year on Teams), Coursera for Business (Teams is published, but priced by the buyer's country: the 9 September 2026 capture returned AUD 566.00 per user per year), TalentLMS (Core from $119 per month annual billing), 360Learning ($8 per user per month on the Team tier, up to 100 users, with no minimum seat count), Pluralsight ($399, $499 and $565 per user per year on its three team plans), Skillsoft ($319 per user per year on self-serve Teams), and iSpring Learn. Enterprise platforms (Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Docebo, LearnUpon, Absorb, Litmos) do not publish list prices on their own sites and require an RFP. Where one of them publishes a figure somewhere else, such as Docebo and Cornerstone on AWS Marketplace, this page carries that figure with its source attached. Where none exists, this page says so and states no number.
How much does an enterprise LMS cost?
Enterprise LMS pricing is quote-based, so there is no published list price for most suite vendors. The most reliable public signals are the vendors' own filings where they exist: Cornerstone OnDemand and Skillsoft both file per-member rate cards on the UK G-Cloud framework, which is a genuine primary source (see their individual pages). Buyer-reported 'average contract' figures circulate from procurement aggregators, but those are private, self-selected, unverifiable data and are not a list price, so we do not quote them as benchmarks. Expect per-user rates to fall sharply with audience size, and budget separately for implementation, which is frequently $50,000 or more on top of licence.
What is the cheapest corporate LMS with published pricing?
Among vendors that publish per-seat prices, 360Learning is the lowest published entry point at $8 per user per month on the Team plan, which covers up to 100 users, is billed monthly with no annual commitment, and carries no minimum seat count. TalentLMS Core starts at $119 per month on annual billing for the 1 to 40 active-user bracket. Both bill per active user, so you pay only for learners who log in. Advanced features and higher user brackets step the price up, and enterprise tiers for both are quote-based.
How much does Cornerstone OnDemand cost?
Cornerstone OnDemand publishes no US list price and quotes every deal after an RFP. The closest primary public reference is its filed UK G-Cloud rate card (see our Cornerstone page for the per-licence figures), which is a genuine government document rather than a buyer-reported estimate. Cornerstone prices per licence tied to headcount bands, so watch the registered-user versus active-user definition in the contract, which materially changes the effective cost, and budget implementation separately (commonly $50,000 or more). We do not publish buyer-reported 'average contract' figures because they are unverifiable and are not a list price.
Why do Cornerstone, Workday, and SAP not publish LMS pricing?
These are enterprise talent and HCM suites sold on negotiated annual commitments tied to headcount bands rather than a flat per-seat list price, so the vendors quote each deal individually after an RFP. Workday Learning and SAP SuccessFactors Learning are also typically bundled with the wider HCM suite rather than priced as standalone LMS products. Where a vendor files a public rate card (Cornerstone and Skillsoft both do, on the UK G-Cloud framework) that filing is the best primary signal; otherwise there is no reliable public number and you should scope from your own headcount and an RFP.
