360Learning Pricing 2026

By Oliver Wakefield-Smith, Founder, Digital Signet · Verified 9 September 2026

One published tier with an unusually clean commitment structure, and a hard 100-user line after which everything is quoted.

360Learning is the cheapest published entry point among the LMS platforms this site tracks, and the terms attached to that entry point are as interesting as the rate. No seat minimum, monthly billing, no annual lock-in and a 30-day trial together make the Team tier genuinely testable, which is not true of most vendors whose published price sits behind an annual commitment. The catch is the 100-user ceiling, and what changes when you cross it.

The French site publishes EUR 8, and that is a real euro price

360Learning is a French company with a French-market pricing page, and that page publishes the Team tier at EUR 8 per user per month for up to 100 users. Note what it is not: it is not the dollar price passed through an exchange rate. It is the same numeral in a different currency, which means 360Learning has set both prices independently and a euro buyer should quote the euro figure directly. A US buyer quotes the dollar figure. Neither should be converted into the other, and the two markets should be budgeted on their own published terms.

Worked example: 40 users on the published Team tier

40 users, Team tier, monthly billing
Published rate: USD 8 per user per month
Monthly: 40 x USD 8 = USD 320
Twelve months at the same headcount: 12 x USD 320 = USD 3,840
USD 3,840 for 40 users over twelve months
Billing is monthly with no annual commitment, so the twelve-month figure is a projection of the published monthly rate, not a published annual price.

40 users sits inside the published Team ceiling of 100, so this example uses the published rate throughout. The multiplication is shown in full. Because there is no annual commitment, the twelve-month total is what you would pay if you kept 40 users for twelve months, not a contracted amount.

The 100-user line, and why the rate should not be scaled past it

The Team tier caps at 100 users. Above that you are on Business or Enterprise, and the change is not just that the price becomes a quote. The basis of the price changes too. On the quoted tiers 360Learning offers flexible user models, charging for registered users, monthly active users, or a mix of both within a single contract, and those contracts are generally annual for budget predictability and enhanced support.

That is why extrapolating $8 per user per month to a 400-person organisation is not conservative arithmetic, it is a category error. A registered-user contract and a monthly-active-user contract at the same headcount are different products, and 360Learning has published neither a rate nor a floor for either. No figure for a 360Learning deployment above 100 users appears on this page, because none is published.

What you can do with the published rate is set a reference point for the quote conversation. Ask for the Business quote expressed per user per month on the same basis as the Team tier, then ask separately what the registered-versus-active split does to that number at your actual login rate. If a large share of your population never logs in, the active-user model is where the saving is, and it is worth quantifying before you sign.

What is genuinely unusual here

Frequently asked questions

How much does 360Learning cost?
The Team tier is published at $8 per user per month for up to 100 users, billed monthly with no annual commitment, cancellable at any time, and preceded by a 30-day free trial. That is the only 360Learning tier with a published price. Business and Enterprise both read Custom on 360Learning's own pricing page, with a request-a-demo call to action and no seat band, floor or starting rate attached to either.
Is there a minimum number of users on 360Learning?
No. 360Learning states directly that there is no minimum number of users required, that you pay only for the active users on your platform, and that there are no hidden fees or minimum volume commitments. That is unusual among LMS platforms, most of which set a seat floor, and it makes 360Learning viable for a small team in a way that a 100-seat-minimum vendor is not.
What happens above 100 users on 360Learning?
You leave the published tier. The Team plan covers up to 100 users, and above that the buyer is on Business or Enterprise, both of which are quoted rather than listed. The pricing basis also changes: 360Learning offers flexible user models on the quoted tiers, charging for registered users, monthly active users, or a mix of both within one contract, and those contracts are generally annual. Multiplying $8 per user per month out to a larger headcount therefore produces a figure 360Learning has never published and would not necessarily quote.
Does 360Learning cost EUR 8 or is that a conversion?
It is 360Learning's own published euro price. The French-market pricing page shows the Team tier at 8 EUR per user per month for up to 100 users, which is the same numeral as the dollar price rather than an exchange-rate conversion of it. A French buyer should quote the euro figure directly and a US buyer the dollar figure. Neither should be converted into the other, because 360Learning has set both and they are not derived from one another.
Are there setup or implementation fees on 360Learning?
360Learning says there are no hidden setup fees and that you can start with a 30-day free trial before any commitment. Professional Services are a separate matter: rather than a flat implementation fee, 360Learning describes the engagement as pairing you with dedicated solution architects and strategic consultants. No price is published for that, so treat implementation support as a scoped cost to ask about rather than an assumed zero.
What separates the 360Learning tiers?
360Learning says all plans include its AI-powered LMS, and that the key differences appear at the Enterprise level, which offers advanced integrations, premium onboarding, dedicated support and strategic L&D guidance. The Business tier is described as offering the flexible registered and monthly-active user models for organisations scaling internal and external learners. So the split is less about features on the core platform and more about contract shape, integration depth and the support wrapped around it.

Currency note. The USD 8 and EUR 8 figures are both 360Learning’s own published prices on their respective sites. Neither is a conversion of the other and no exchange rate has been applied on this page.
