Cornerstone Pricing 2026

By Oliver Wakefield-Smith, Founder, Digital Signet · Verified 9 September 2026

Cornerstone deleted its pricing page. Then it listed two bundles on AWS Marketplace with prices on them, and a caveat you need to read.

The two public Cornerstone figures
USD 86,000 / yr  ·  USD 118,000 / yr
Cornerstone Learn+ and Cornerstone Elevate+ on the AWS Marketplace AMER listing (seller Cornerstone OnDemand - AMER), both at 1,000 active users on a 36-month agreement. Cornerstone’s own words on the listing: “Listed price is based on a representative customer. Actual price may vary based on your specific needs.” Retrieved 9 September 2026.

Read the caveat before you quote the number. Cornerstone did not list these as list prices. It listed them as representative-customer prices, routed to a private offer, with actual price varying by need. That is unusual honesty for a marketplace listing and it changes how the figures should be used: as a published reference point Cornerstone is on record with, not as the price of Cornerstone. Anywhere you see USD 86,000 or USD 118,000 quoted for Cornerstone without that caveat attached, the caveat has been dropped, not resolved.

Prices verified against the AWS Marketplace listing Cornerstone Workforce AI - Learn+, Elevate+ (AMER) and Cornerstone’s own learning platform page on 9 September 2026. Both dollar figures carry Cornerstone’s representative-customer caveat.

What the two bundles actually contain

The listing is specific about scope, which matters more than usual here because the price difference between the two bundles is entirely a scope difference at the same user count and the same term.

Learn+
USD 86,000 / 12 months
  • Learning Management
  • Learning Experience
  • Cornerstone Content
  • AI Assistants and Experiences
Elevate+
USD 118,000 / 12 months
  • Everything in the Learn+ bundle
  • Performance Management
  • Succession Planning
  • Talent Marketplace

Both at 1,000 active users on a 36-month agreement, AWS Marketplace AMER listing, retrieved 9 September 2026. Both listed prices are representative-customer prices available via private offer, in Cornerstone’s own description.

The one calculation these figures support

Two listed prices at one user count on one term support exactly two pieces of arithmetic, and this page does not go beyond them. There is no published per-seat rate for Cornerstone, no published price at 500 users or 5,000 users, and no published price for a bundle other than these two. Any page that shows you a Cornerstone per-user figure has manufactured it.

Worked example

The listed Learn+ price is USD 86,000.00 per 12 months and the agreement runs 36 months, so the listed commitment across the full term is:

3 x USD 86,000.00 = USD 258,000.00

The step up to Elevate+, which adds Performance Management, Succession Planning and Talent Marketplace at the same user count and term, is listed at:

USD 118,000.00 - USD 86,000.00 = USD 32,000.00 per year

Both lines use only the two listed AWS Marketplace figures. Both inherit Cornerstone’s caveat that the listed price is based on a representative customer and that actual price may vary with your needs, so the products and differences carry that caveat too.

What that second line is genuinely good for is the build of your own business case. If you are already budgeting a separate performance management or succession tool, USD 32,000.00 a year at 1,000 users is the listed price of folding those into the learning contract rather than buying them elsewhere. That comparison is worth running before the demo, not after.

Regions: one listing was priced, the others were not

Cornerstone does not sell through a single global marketplace entity. It runs separate seller entities and listings for AMER, the UK, Germany and Austria, France, Australia and rest of world. Our check on 9 September 2026 priced out the AMER listing only, so USD 86,000.00 and USD 118,000.00 are the AMER figures and nothing else.

A UK or European buyer should not read a converted version of those numbers as their price. Currency conversion of a US listing produces a figure no Cornerstone entity has ever published, which is exactly the kind of number this site refuses to print. If you are buying outside AMER, go to your region’s listing or ask for the private offer, and hold the US figures as context on scope rather than as your budget line.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Cornerstone OnDemand cost?
Cornerstone does not publish a price. Its AWS Marketplace listing for the AMER market does publish two: Cornerstone Learn+ at USD 86,000.00 per 12 months and Cornerstone Elevate+ at USD 118,000.00 per 12 months, both for 1,000 active users on a 36-month agreement. Cornerstone attaches an explicit caveat to both, in its own words: 'Bundle pricing available via Private Offer. Listed price is based on a representative customer. Actual price may vary based on your specific needs.' Treat those figures as what one representative customer was listed at, not as a rate card.
Does Cornerstone have a pricing page?
No. cornerstoneondemand.com/pricing/ returns an HTTP 308 Permanent Redirect to the learning management platform page. That page's FAQ answers the cost question without a number: 'Each organization will have a different cost depending on needs and size. Reach out to us for a free personalized demo and we can give you an estimate.'
What is the difference between Cornerstone Learn+ and Elevate+?
Learn+ covers Learning Management, Learning Experience, Cornerstone Content, and AI Assistants and Experiences. Elevate+ contains the whole Learn+ bundle and adds Performance Management, Succession Planning and Talent Marketplace. On the AWS Marketplace AMER listing, at 1,000 active users on a 36-month agreement, Learn+ is listed at USD 86,000.00 per 12 months and Elevate+ at USD 118,000.00, a listed difference of USD 32,000.00 a year for those three extra modules. Both listed figures carry Cornerstone's representative-customer caveat.
Are the Cornerstone AWS Marketplace prices what I will pay?
Cornerstone says not necessarily. The listing states that bundle pricing is available via private offer, that the listed price is based on a representative customer, and that the actual price may vary based on your specific needs. It also points buyers to a private-offer request form. So the figures are a genuine public anchor from Cornerstone itself, but they are one representative customer's shape, and they are the AMER listing in US dollars.
Does Cornerstone publish a price for the UK or Europe?
Cornerstone runs separate AWS Marketplace seller entities and listings for AMER, the UK, Germany and Austria, France, Australia and rest of world. Only the AMER listing was priced out in our check on 9 September 2026, so we state no figure for the other markets. We will not convert the US dollar figures into pounds or euros, because a converted number is not a price any Cornerstone entity publishes.
Why does Cornerstone hide its pricing?
Cornerstone sells a talent suite on negotiated agreements sized to headcount and module scope, so it prices each deal after a discovery conversation rather than from a list. The marketplace listing exists because a transactable channel needs a number attached to it, which is why two bundles are public at all. Everything outside those two bundles at that one user count has no published figure.
How do I use these figures in a Cornerstone negotiation?
Use them as a published reference point, not as a target. If you are near 1,000 active users and want the Learn+ scope, USD 86,000.00 a year is a number Cornerstone itself put in public on its AMER marketplace listing, and a quote materially above it deserves a question about what is different in your scope. Ask which modules the quote maps to, whether the user count is registered or active, and what happens at renewal.
