LearnUpon Pricing 2026

By Oliver Wakefield-Smith, Founder, Digital Signet · Verified 9 September 2026

LearnUpon publishes no price. It does publish three user minimums, and those decide whether it can sell to you at all.

The published quantities (these are users, not prices)

The entry floors for LearnUpon for Employees, for Associations and for Customer Education respectively, from LearnUpon’s own pricing page, retrieved 9 September 2026. No price attaches to any of them, and none can be inferred from them.

Three products, three floors

LearnUpon does not sell one platform with tiers stacked on it. It sells three products at three different audiences, and each carries its own entry floor. The floor is the gate: below it, that product is not available to you at any price, published or otherwise.

LearnUpon for Employees
From 100 users

LearnUpon describes it as growing and retaining employees with learning and development that people love and organisations depend on.

LearnUpon for Associations
From 150 users

LearnUpon describes it as making continuing education and training a driver of mission, revenue and advocacy.

LearnUpon for Customer Education
From 300 users

LearnUpon describes it as onboarding faster, engaging deeper and keeping customers longer through customer education. An Enterprise plan sits above it, adding white labelling, eCommerce and group branding, with no published price.

Minimums and product descriptions from LearnUpon’s pricing page, retrieved 9 September 2026. LearnUpon publishes no price for any of the three.

Worked example

A 120-person company wants an employee LMS and is also considering opening it to customers later. Against the published floors:

  • 120 users clears the 100-user minimum for LearnUpon for Employees, so that product is available.
  • 120 is below the 150-user minimum for LearnUpon for Associations, so that product is not.
  • 120 is below the 300-user minimum for LearnUpon for Customer Education, so the customer-facing plan is out of reach until the audience roughly trebles.

That is the entire calculation LearnUpon’s published information supports. It compares your user count against three published floors and nothing else. No price follows from it, because no price is published for any of the three products.

The 300-user floor on Customer Education is the one that catches buyers out. Customer education audiences start small and grow, so a team that plans to open a customer academy in year two should check that floor before choosing LearnUpon for the employee side in year one.

Why we will not print a LearnUpon number

Per-seat rates and average contract values circulate freely for LearnUpon. Trace any of them and they come from procurement aggregators or review sites reporting what a self-selected set of buyers said they paid. That is private data about other people’s negotiated deals. It is not a published price, it cannot be checked against a primary source, and it will not match your quote.

There is a sharper reason to be careful here specifically. LearnUpon publishes three real numbers, and they are user counts. Numbers sitting near a pricing discussion get quietly reinterpreted as prices, or used as the base for a per-user calculation that produces a total. Nothing on LearnUpon’s pricing page supports that, and this page does not do it. A minimum user count multiplied by a rate nobody published is still a number nobody published.

If LearnUpon starts publishing rates, or files a public rate card on a marketplace or framework, this page will carry them with source and date attached. Until then, the honest headline is that LearnUpon does not publish a price, and the useful headline is that it publishes who it will sell to.

Where LearnUpon sits among the opaque vendors

Quote-only is not one behaviour. Among the LMS vendors that publish nothing on their own sites, there are three distinct grades of opacity, and they are worth telling apart when you build a shortlist.

  • Publishes elsewhere. Docebo and Cornerstone publish real contract prices on AWS Marketplace despite publishing nothing on their own sites. You can enter those conversations with a public anchor.
  • Publishes the gate, not the price. LearnUpon. No figure anywhere, but three published user minimums that tell you immediately whether you are a customer it will take.
  • Publishes nothing quantitative. Absorb gives you a learner-band selector on a lead form. Litmos gives you three plan names with “Contact for Pricing” in every price slot. Both require a sales process before any number exists.

If you want to know what a published LMS price looks like for comparison, the TalentLMS tiers and iSpring Learn’s rate card are both budgetable today, and the cost per employee trained calculator puts whichever licence you land on next to the learner time it consumes.

Frequently asked questions

How much does LearnUpon cost?
LearnUpon does not publish a price. Its pricing page carries no figure in any currency and every plan routes to a demo booking. No priced LearnUpon listing was found on AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace either, so there is no public figure to report and this page does not state one. What LearnUpon does publish is the minimum user count per product: LearnUpon for Employees from 100 users, LearnUpon for Associations from 150 users, and LearnUpon for Customer Education from 300 users.
What is LearnUpon's minimum number of users?
It depends which product you are buying. LearnUpon for Employees starts from 100 users. LearnUpon for Associations starts from 150 users. LearnUpon for Customer Education starts from 300 users. Those are published floors on LearnUpon's own pricing page, and they are the most decision-relevant thing it publishes, because they tell you whether LearnUpon will sell to you at all before price is ever discussed.
Does LearnUpon publish pricing?
No. The pricing page is a product and plan comparison with no numbers on it. Its headline is 'One intelligent platform, endless opportunities for learning' and its calls to action are 'See plan comparison' and 'Book a Demo'. The user minimums are the only quantities published anywhere on it.
What is the LearnUpon Enterprise plan?
LearnUpon states that an Enterprise plan is available including white labelling, eCommerce and group branding, sitting above the Customer Education product. It publishes no price for it. If those three capabilities are on your requirement list, expect to be routed to that plan and expect the figure to arrive by quote.
Does LearnUpon charge for implementation?
LearnUpon says all plans come with an implementation consultant to help configure, integrate and launch. It publishes no implementation fee. Included consulting is a genuine differentiator against vendors that quote onboarding as a separate line, but because no figure is published either way, confirm in writing what the consultant's scope covers and what falls outside it.
Why does this page not give a LearnUpon price range?
Because LearnUpon publishes none and a range invented around an absence is worse than an honest gap. The per-seat figures and average contract values that circulate for LearnUpon come from procurement aggregators and review sites reporting private, self-selected buyer data. That is not a published price, it cannot be verified against a primary source, and it is not what you will be quoted. The published minimums are real, so this page reports those and stops there.
Is LearnUpon worth evaluating at 120 users?
At 120 users you clear the 100-user minimum for LearnUpon for Employees, so the employee product is available to you. You do not clear the 150-user minimum for Associations or the 300-user minimum for Customer Education, so those two lines are not buyable at that size. That is a real procurement fact you can act on today without a sales call, which is more than most opaque vendors give you.

Sources. Verified against LearnUpon’s pricing and plans page on 9 September 2026, plus searches of AWS Marketplace and Azure Marketplace on the same date, neither of which returned a priced LearnUpon listing.

We do not cite procurement aggregators or review sites for prices. The three user minimums on this page are LearnUpon’s own published figures and are counts of users, not prices.
