Absorb LMS Pricing 2026
By Oliver Wakefield-Smith, Founder, Digital Signet · Verified 9 September 2026
The short version: there is no Absorb price to report. Here is exactly what Absorb does publish, and why that is still worth reading before you fill in the form.
What Absorb LMS costs
| Item | What is published | Detail | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Published price | None | Absorb publishes no figure in any currency, on any page we could find. The pricing destination is a quote request form headed 'Get Pricing. How many learners do you have?' | absorbai.com/get-pricing |
| Legacy pricing URL | 301 redirect | absorblms.com/pricing/ returns HTTP 301 Moved Permanently to absorbai.com/get-pricing. There is no pricing page behind the old address. | Observed response, 9 September 2026 |
| How Absorb segments quotes | 8 learner bands | From 1 to 50 learners up to 25,000 plus. These are headcount bands, not prices, and Absorb attaches no figure to any of them. | absorbai.com/get-pricing, first form step |
| What Absorb requires before quoting | 7 fields | Learner count, business email, first name, last name, phone, country and company. | absorbai.com/get-pricing |
| Marketplace rate card | None found | An Absorb Software seller profile exists on AWS Marketplace, but no product listing carrying a public rate card was located on 9 September 2026. | AWS Marketplace, Absorb Software seller profile |
Verified against Absorb’s pricing destination, the legacy pricing URL’s redirect response, and the AWS Marketplace Absorb Software seller profile on 9 September 2026. The form defaulted to United States in its country selector; there is no second market to report, because there is no published figure in any market.
The eight learner bands, and what they are not
The first step of Absorb’s quote form asks one question, “How many learners do you have?”, and offers eight answers. That selector is the most useful public thing Absorb publishes about its commercial model, because it shows where Absorb draws its lines. It is also, precisely, a list of headcount ranges with no money attached.
| Learner band | Published price for this band | Where it sits |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 50 learners | None published | Below the size most enterprise LMS vendors build for |
| 51 to 150 learners | None published | Small business |
| 151 to 250 learners | None published | Small business into lower mid-market |
| 251 to 500 learners | None published | Mid-market |
| 501 to 1,000 learners | None published | Mid-market |
| 1,001 to 5,000 learners | None published | Upper mid-market |
| 5,001 to 25,000 learners | None published | Enterprise |
| 25,000 plus learners | None published | Large enterprise, quoted individually |
Source: the first step of Absorb’s quote form, retrieved 9 September 2026. The source renders these ranges with en-dashes; they are reproduced here with plain hyphens. The middle column is not an omission. Absorb attaches no price to any band.
An organisation with 800 learners selects the 501 to 1,000 band, because 800 falls inside it. That is the entire calculation this page can perform on Absorb’s published information, and it is the entire calculation anyone can perform. The band tells you which sales conversation you are entering. It does not tell you, and cannot be made to tell you, what that conversation ends at.
Two things the band structure does tell you. First, the ladder starts at 1 to 50 learners and runs past 25,000, so Absorb is not exclusively an enterprise product and does not turn small buyers away at the form. Second, the bands get much wider at the top, which is the usual sign that above a few thousand learners the deal is individually shaped rather than banded at all.
Why we will not print an Absorb number
Search for Absorb pricing and you will find per-user figures and annual contract ranges stated with confidence. Follow any of them back and they resolve to procurement aggregators and review sites reporting what a self-selected group of buyers said they paid. That data is private, unverifiable, and not a price Absorb has ever published or stands behind. Repeating it would give you a number that feels like an anchor and is not one.
The failure mode we are avoiding is specific and we have seen it elsewhere in software pricing: someone finds one real figure for one tier, then scales it across the vendor’s whole ladder to produce a tidy table. The table looks authoritative. Every row except the first is fiction. For Absorb there is not even a first row, so there is nothing to scale from and nothing that could honestly be scaled.
If Absorb starts publishing, or files a rate card on a public framework or marketplace, this page will carry the figures with their source and date on it. Until then, the accurate statement is the one at the top: Absorb does not publish a price.
What to do instead
You have two workable moves. The first is to price the alternatives that publish, so you enter the Absorb conversation already knowing what the transparent end of the market charges for your learner count. The TalentLMS published tiers and iSpring Learn’s per-active-user rate card are both budgetable today without a sales call.
The second is to look at the opaque vendors that leaked a figure somewhere. Docebo and Cornerstone both publish real contract prices on AWS Marketplace even though neither publishes on its own site. Those figures are not Absorb’s price, and this page is not implying they are. They are useful because they show what suite-class learning platforms are listed at, which is context you cannot get from Absorb at all.
Then make the total cost of the programme the thing you compare, not the licence line. Our cost per employee trained calculator puts the platform fee next to the learner time it consumes, which is usually the larger number and the one that decides whether the project was worth doing.
