The Teams checkout is the whole disclosure
Skillsoft spent years as a fully quote-driven enterprise vendor. Skillsoft Teams changes that at the small end. It is a self-serve product with a public checkout, and the checkout shows the rate before you create an account. Skillsoft describes it as serious training for growing teams, for upskilling teams of up to 300 people across leadership, technology and compliance, with self-serve setup and no sales call required. Its own framing on the product page is blunter still: no sales call, no enterprise contract, just start.
The checkout’s own two-seat default shows a total after trial of USD 638.00 per year, which confirms the rate is a flat per-seat multiplication rather than a banded price with a hidden floor. A Teams subscription includes what Skillsoft calls its full library of six premium catalogs: Business, Leadership Development, Technology, Software Development (powered by Codecademy), Ethics and Legal, and Health and Safety.

Enterprise Percipio: what is actually knowable
Above 300 people, Skillsoft sells Percipio through a sales process and publishes no rate. This page will not print a per-seat estimate for it, because no primary source exists to print. What can be stated honestly is exactly what was checked and what came back.

The useful thing a buyer can take from the Teams rate is a reference point, not a formula. Skillsoft has told the market what it charges for full Percipio access at small scale. An enterprise agreement for thousands of seats will not be that number, and nothing published lets anyone say by how much. Ask for the quote, and ask whether the six catalogs in the Teams bundle are the same content set you are being quoted for.
