Sandler Training Cost 2026
By Oliver Wakefield-Smith, Founder, Digital Signet · Verified 9 September 2026
Sandler publishes nothing to buyers. That is the finding, and it is a structural fact about how Sandler sells, not an oversight.
“Sandler training cost” is a high-intent query with a genuinely unsatisfying answer, and most content that ranks for it fills the gap with a number somebody made up. This page does not. It reports what Sandler actually publishes, which is nothing, shows the pages that were checked so you can check them yourself, explains why the franchise model makes a national price impossible, and separates out the one set of real Sandler dollar figures that exists so it cannot be mistaken for a training price.
What Sandler costs
| Offering | Published price | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|
| Sales training programmes | Not published | Quoted by the local franchise training centre |
| Leadership development and coaching | Not published | Quoted by the local franchise training centre |
| Assessments | Not published | Sold as an additional revenue stream by franchisees |
| Online and self-study courses | Not published | Enrol direct or contact a local centre for team rates, no figure shown |
This table is the complete answer to what Sandler publishes about training cost. There is deliberately no estimate, no third-party range and no aggregator figure in it. Where a vendor does not publish, this site reports the absence rather than filling it in.
The pages that were checked
An absence is only worth publishing if it is verifiable. These are the six Sandler pages checked on 9 September 2026, including two microsites belonging to individual franchise organisations, which is where a price would appear if it appeared anywhere.
| Page | Finding |
|---|---|
| sandler.com home page | No figure. Call to action is to connect for the right solution. |
| Online Courses for Sales Professionals | No figure. Routes to a local trainer centre or the corporate training department for team rates. |
| Online training | No figure. |
| Sandler Training Center Locator | No figure. Distinguishes primary training centres from secondary offices. |
| Franchise microsite: Sandler Essentials | No figure. |
| Franchise microsite: Sandler Essentials | No figure. |
No currency symbol or figure appears on any of the six. Sandler’s online course page states plainly: enrol yourself in an online sales course today, or contact a local trainer center or the corporate training department for team rates. That sentence is the whole pricing policy.
Why the franchise model makes a national price impossible
Sandler is a franchisor. It states that it has been offering franchises for more than 42 years and that today it has more than 200 locations providing training and instruction in more than 9 languages across 34 countries, and it describes its model as one that has been successfully replicated over 200 times. The business you buy training from is a locally owned company operating under the Sandler brand, not a branch of a single vendor.
That has three consequences a buyer should plan for:
- No national rate exists to be published. Two Sandler offices in neighbouring states can price the same programme differently and both are legitimately Sandler prices.
- Any Sandler figure circulating online is somebody’s single quote or somebody’s guess. It may reflect one office in one year. It is not a list price, because there is no list.
- The commercial shape is recurring, not one-off. Sandler tells prospective franchisees that revenue comes from multiple recurring streams, with upselling and cross-selling of assessments, training, executive coaching and technology solutions. A quote will usually reflect an ongoing engagement rather than a single seat.
How Sandler’s franchise model works: what franchisees pay and earn
The figures below are not training prices. They are what it costs to buy a Sandler franchise and what Sandler franchisees report earning. They are published on Sandler’s franchising site for people considering becoming franchise owners. If you are an L&D buyer or a salesperson looking for the cost of Sandler training, none of these numbers is your number, and any page that presents them as the cost of Sandler training is misreading them.
| Franchise-owner item | Sandler published figure |
|---|---|
| Franchise fee | USD 65,000 |
| Estimated initial investment | USD 83,500 to USD 108,250 |
| Average gross revenue, US franchisees overall | USD 755,432 |
| Average gross revenue, top 25 percent of US franchisees | USD 2,019,624 |
Source: Sandler franchising site, investment and Financial Performance Representation sections, read 9 September 2026. Sandler states that the revenue representation covers the full calendar year ended 31 December 2025 and includes franchisees in the US that self-reported revenue and operated for the full calendar year. These figures are the cost and the return of owning a Sandler business. They are on this page only so they cannot be confused with a training price.
What to benchmark a Sandler quote against
Since you cannot see what another Sandler office charges, the only useful reference points are vendors in the same category who do publish. Two are useful because their delivery model is comparable:
- Dale Carnegie publishes a per-seat price on every scheduled event. Its Winning with Relationship Selling course ran USD 1,995 to USD 2,295 per seat across US franchises on 9 September 2026. Dale Carnegie is also a franchise network, which makes it the closest structural comparison available. See the Dale Carnegie training cost page.
- FranklinCovey publishes per-person list and sale prices for its open-enrolment public workshops, while keeping its corporate subscription unpriced. See the FranklinCovey training cost page.
Ask the Sandler office to break the quote down to cost per participant per delivery day, then hold it against those published per-seat figures. If the Sandler quote is a multiple of them, the difference should be explained by the reinforcement cadence and coaching, and the office should be able to say so in scope terms. The other half of the comparison is the participant time you are buying: model that on the cost per employee trained calculator, which for most sales teams is the larger number.
