What FranklinCovey costs

Every published figure is FranklinCovey’s own, read from its workshop pages on 9 September 2026. The two-day band spans the three named workshops below. Where FranklinCovey publishes nothing, this table says so rather than estimating.

Two-day workshops: list and sale, per person

All prices are per person. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is published as 2 days in the classroom, or 2 full days or 4 half-day lessons live online, carrying 1.2 CEU, 14 CPE and 12 PDU.

The USD 479 short-format tier

FranklinCovey runs a second public tier at a single published price. Five workshops carried USD 479 per person on 9 September 2026:

• The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Essentials
• Time Management Essentials
• Working at the Speed of Trust

Project Management for the Unofficial Project Manager is published as one day, delivered live online as three 90-minute sessions, which gives the tier a concrete shape: a single day of facilitated content rather than the multi-day format of the 7 Habits tier.

Every input is a FranklinCovey published per-person price and all arithmetic is shown. Seats are sold per person, confirmed by FranklinCovey’s own workshop FAQ, so ten attendees means ten seats even for a live online session. The All Access Pass: no price, no band, no floor

The All Access Pass is how FranklinCovey sells to organisations, and it is completely unpriced in public. FranklinCovey describes it as its subscription-based development delivery system, guiding leaders and teams through what it calls Impact Journeys. Three FranklinCovey pages were checked on 9 September 2026, the All Access Pass page and two 7 Habits course pages, and none carries a price, a seat band, a minimum or a starting rate. The calls to action are to connect with an expert and to request a demo.

The one cost statement FranklinCovey does make about the pass is directional rather than numeric: it says the pass extends learning reach and tracks participant progress while lowering per-person costs. That claim has no figure attached to it, and this page does not attach one either. Lower than what, and by how much, is exactly what a buyer would need to know and exactly what is not published.

The practical consequence is that the published workshop prices are the only public FranklinCovey anchor you can take into an All Access Pass conversation, and they are for a different product. Ask for the pass quote expressed per person per year, then compare it to what the same number of people would cost at the published per-person workshop prices for the courses you would actually run. That is the comparison FranklinCovey’s own lower-per-person-cost claim implies, and the vendor is the only party who can complete it.

Three shapes of pricing opacity, and FranklinCovey is the second

Treating every unpriced vendor as simply secretive misses useful differences. Across the providers this site tracks there are three distinct shapes, and knowing which one you are dealing with changes how you buy:

• Franchise opacity. Local owners price independently, so no national price exists to publish. Sandler is the pure case, and Dale Carnegie publishes per event because of it.
• Subscription opacity. A published entry tier sits below an unpriced quoted tier. FranklinCovey’s All Access Pass is this shape, and so is the enterprise tier on most LMS platforms.
• Floor-only publication. A real starting figure is published but is not the price of anything specific. Crucial Learning is the clean example.
